Console Logs

This Article Applies to:

  • AVG Business Cloud Console
  • AVG Business On-Premise Console
  • AVG Business Antivirus

 

If the AVG Support Tool fails, or does not gather all of the logs requested by Business Technical Support, you can manually gather the logs to send to Support.

Console - Client Connection Logs

  • Admin Client Connection: C:\ProgramData\AVG\Antivirus\log\admincli.log

On-Premise Console Logs

  • Main Console: C:\Program Files\AVG\Management Console\console\log\main.log (+ yyyy-mm-dd-main-0.log)
  • Startup/Stopping: C:\Program Files\AVG\Management Console\console\log\startup.log
  • Setup: %temp%\Setup Log yyyy-mm-dd #xxx.txt
