Antivirus v. 21.3 Requirements

AVG Business Cloud Console
AVG Business On-Premise Console
AVG Business Antivirus

For Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 operating systems, the AVG Business Antivirus version 21.3 and all future versions will require installation of the KB3033929 Windows security update. Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 devices without this update will stay on the previous version until the OS security update is installed. Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 and higher do not require this update.

Attempting to install Antivirus v. 21.3 on a device without this security update will end up installing the previous (21.2) version.

Using the offline installation package on a device missing this security update will cause an unsuccessful Antivirus installation.
