  • AVG Business On-Premise Console

The Subscriptions page displays valuable information about your subscriptions and services and gives you the tools to manage your protection.

For each subscription, you can see the expiration date, the total number of purchased seats, and the number of used (active) seats.

Buying Additional Seats

  1. On the Subscriptions page, locate the subscription plan you would like to buy more seats for
  2. Click Subscribe more devices
  3. If you have multiple subscriptions for the same level of protection, select the particular subscription plan you are adding seats to
  4. Enter the number of seats you would like to add
  5. Complete your purchase

Uploading Activation Codes

  1. On the Subscriptions page, click Got activation code? at the top right
  2. Type your activation code
  3. Click Activate

Freeing Up Seats

Each device with activated services uses one seat on the subscription. If you need to free up a seat, for instance if a device is decommissioned or replaced, you can do so by removing the device from the Management Console.

  1. On the Devices page, click Actions (three dots) beside the device you need to remove
  2. Click Remove and Uninstall
  3. Click Remove and Uninstall again in the dialog box to confirm
    • The device status will be set as “Uninstalling”; however, if it cannot connect to the Console to confirm its status, it will not be removed from the Console
  4. Click More → Remove and Uninstall again to fully remove the device and free the seat it was using

For information on how to change a device's subscription, see Managing Subscriptions.
